Join us for our second Virtual Lunch Hour - a time for you to connect and talk with your peers on topics that are important to you!

For this Virtual Lunch Hour, the topic of discussion will be: Addressing Equity at Our Non-Profit Organizations. In what ways does your nonprofit ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are woven into all strategic decisions and are operational priorities? What steps have you taken with your board and team?

We encourage leadership, both staff and board, to attend

How this will work:

• The Virtual Lunch Hour will begin with a brief overview of the day's topic.
• Attendees will then be broken out into breakout rooms to 1) introduce themselves and 2) have a discussion with their peers.
• We will re-convene for a group debrief before signing off.
