🧠 Stop the Leaks: A One-Day, Hands-On Work Session for Fundraisers Ready to Use AI (Without Losing the Human Touch)

This isn’t a conference. This is a work session.

If you’re overwhelmed, under-resourced, and tired of hearing about “AI” without any idea how it actually helps — this one-day session is for you.

We’ll roll up our sleeves and use human-guided, human-monitored AI tools to solve real problems in your fundraising. You’ll leave with clarity, customized tools, and work that’s already done.

This is recommended as a full-day workshop. (8:30am to 4:00pm) However, we understand people have time and accessibility needs.

If you're coming for the morning only, here is the high-level agenda:

  • Donor Journey Leak Audit Walkthrough
  • Organization Lifecycle Diagnostic

  • Familiarity with tools and prompts you can use immediately
  • Less stress. More clarity. Real work done.

💡 What This Is:

✅ Practical ✅ Collaborative ✅ Guided by your mission ✅ Rooted in your voice, values, and vision

❌ What This Isn’t:

✘ Tech for tech’s sake ✘ Sitting back and watching a keynote ✘ Robots taking over your work

This is about fundraisers staying in the driver’s seat, supported by tools that make the road smoother.

About Rhea Wong

Rhea helps nonprofits bring in more money, faster. Her sweet spot is major individual gifts. She’s raised millions of private dollars and teaches teams how to build simple, repeatable giving programs that last.

She still knows her way around grants, galas, and sponsorships, but today she’s focused on mixing human connection with smart tech. AI handles the rote work—prospect research, first-pass copy, data cleanup—so fundraisers can do what only people can: listen, coach, and close transformational gifts.

The New York nonprofit world listens when she talks. Media outlets tap her for frank advice, and honors include a SmartCEO Brava Award (2015) and NY Nonprofit Media’s 40 Under 40 (2017).

At home in Brooklyn with her husband and her very spoiled dog Stella, Rhea hosts the Nonprofit Lowdown podcast, pushes her book Get That Money, Honey! and tries new jokes at open-mic nights.

Connect with her on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, or dive deeper at rheawong.com.
