During this session you will understand how to identify potential partners, craft compelling proposals, and create mutually beneficial collaborations. Floyd Jones will teach you how to gain insights into the corporate mindset and learn best practices for maintaining and growing these partnerships to ensure long-term support and sustainability for your nonprofit.

Floyd Jones is a creator, coach, and community builder based in NYC. As the founder of BackBlack, he has raised over $1.3M for 770 Black-led nonprofits. Previously, as the Director of Community & Partnerships at Givebutter, he played a key role in growing the fundraising platform that now powers over $1B in donations annually.
Throughout his career, Floyd has raised over $30M for grassroots organizations and spoken at over 50 conferences. His work has been featured by ESPN, LinkedIn, AfroTech, Variety, and Wired, and has been sponsored by NIKE, Whole Foods, VISA, NBA2k, and more.
