This multi-part series looks at the nuances of management and supervision and talent management.
For HR directors, advancing leaders, and new board members, this multi-part series looks at the nuances of management, supervision and talent management.
Session 1: Basic Principles of Talent Management - Is there a “talent season” at your organization where you talk about future growth plans for team members? Do you check in with key community members–board, staff, volunteers, donors–as to how things are going? Every organization needs a consistent and inclusive talent management strategy particularly at this moment of significant disruptions in the workforce. We’ll review the basic principles of talent management and provide attendees with frameworks and questions to explore their approach to talent management.
Please note: this is part of a four-part series. You must sign up for each session separately, but do not have to sign up for all four. Feel free to register for whichever works best for you!
$10 ticket includes breakfast and workshop.
Additionally, if you are staying for the late morning session - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Session 1: The Journey to Greater Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging - you must register: https://gruninfoundation.org/eventbrite/?event=295314171637
