Session 1: Basic Principles of Talent Management - Is there a “talent season” at your organization where you talk about future growth plans for team members? Do you check in with key community members–board, staff, volunteers, donors–as to how things are going? Every organization needs a consistent and inclusive talent management strategy particularly at this moment of significant disruptions in the workforce. We’ll review the basic principles of talent management and provide attendees with frameworks and questions to explore their approach to talent management.
