Nicole Pulliam, Ph.D., is a mission-driven educator, social justice advocate, and business owner with a career spanning over 20 years in higher education. She previously served as the inaugural director of the Monmouth University Social Justice Academy, a $2-million initiative promoting educational equity in K-12 schools across New Jersey. She is an associate professor at Monmouth University, teaching graduate-level counseling courses and preparing future school counselors and higher education leaders.
As the founder of Real & Worthy, LLC, Nicole provides leadership development and organizational training to empower individuals and organizations to prioritize equity and lead with authenticity. She is also a certified executive coach, supporting leaders in achieving their goals confidently and purposefully.
Nicole is an active member of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey, the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce, and 100 Hispanic Women, a non-profit organization dedicated to guiding Latinas towards excellence in leadership by fostering educational enrichment and creating opportunities. She also serves on national and regional boards dedicated to advancing women in leadership. Nicole resides in Toms River with her husband and two young children, both proud Hooper Huskies.
