Session 4: Taking Action: Next Steps for Talent Development - Organizations need to take a holistic view of talent management considering organizational culture, budgets, and the role of the board in helping to promote talent development. We’ll discuss the different levers for prioritizing talent and allow for participants to learn from one another and set talent development priorities during the course of the session.
